Macclesfield Ladies in Business group raise money for ROAR Charity

The Macclesfield Ladies in Business networking group raised money through raffles at each of their quarterly meetings for the ROAR – Reach Out And Recover charity.

In 2019 the Macclesfield Ladies in Business networking group raised money through raffles at each of their quarterly meetings for the ROAR – Reach Out And Recover charity.

An incredible £701.74 was raised and presented to the charity on Tuesday 17th December at an event at the ROAR offices where representatives from Ladies in Business had the opportunity to meet and chat with the team and local recipients of the service they provide in Macclesfield.

ROAR is an award-winning not for profit organisation, built on the ethos of helping people to see the person and not the addict, label or stereotype.  They also support people to overcome traumatic or unpleasant life challenges, through love, care, and structure.  Additionally, they support the families and friends with support groups and therapy.

The quarterly Ladies in Business networking group is organised and run by Harts Accountants, RBS, Jobling Gowler Solicitors and Blunts Solicitors.  Dates for 2020 are yet to be announced, email NHarrison@harts-ltd.com to be added to the mailing list.
