Macclesfield library group receives donation from local opticians
A local opticians has donated over 20 brand new toys to a library group for babies and children to lend their support.
Specsavers Macclesfield donated 24 toys to Macclesfield Children and Baby Library, a community group run by volunteers. The group helps families in need with baby essentials, toys, and clothing donations.
Thanks to the kind donations, the team will be able to gift more families in need, making sure children in the local area don’t go without.
Angharad Butler, store director at Specsavers Macclesfield, says:
“The store was determined to make a donation to the Macclesfield Children and Baby Library as we’re committed to supporting causes in the local community that are making a difference.”
