Tim Ellis
Sales & Marketing Director
Tim is a retail marketing specialist, providing our clients with a consultative service to help them plan and deliver an effective marketing campaign into store, whilst helping to ensure they gain a return on their investment. His knowledge, expertise and can-do attitude consistently delights our clients. Tim manages both the sales and marketing teams, providing both strategic and creative direction. Tim’s role consists of managing sales pitches, generating new business and managing relationships with our key clients.
Paul McCarthy
Group Managing Director
Paul joined the business in 2013 as Sales & Marketing Director. With a strong commercial background and experience in attracting, retaining and nurturing key clients, Paul continued to drive growth across new and existing sales channels. After 6 years in the role and an ongoing commitment to the business, Paul advanced to Group Managing Director in January 2019. In this new position, Paul is responsible for the leadership of both Momentum Instore (UK) and our French business Momentum Instore SAS.
