Always leading from the front I am very much a hands-on recruiter at heart with a quiet, confident, consultative approach to recruiting. Client-facing and comfortable in front of small or large groups; I've written a successful business book, articles for trade publications and spoken at numerous global conferences . Park Lane is a member of both TEAM (UK) and NPA (USA) - large associations of independent recruiters. I'm UK / Eastern Europe Leader for NPA and previously ran the UK IT & Tech group for TEAM. We therefore provide recruiting services to candidates and clients worldwide.
